RIver Valley ... is a church plant.  We started about 4 years ago, and God has blessed us with spiritual and numerical growth (about 50% since we started; we are now averaging 60+ for the morning time of worship).  One of our goals is to be a caring community both for singles of all ages and for families. We have a few younger families who have accepted the mission of growing a children's and youth ministry here at RVFC.  We are praying for a few more families to come and join us. Let's grow together!  Details...

River Valley is a church with a passion for people, because God has a passion for people.  He wants us to live meaningful, deeply satisfying lives.  This speaks to the longing of every human heart.  Think about it, do you know anyone who doesn't want this?  Equipped with humility and God's Word we pursue this goal, assisting each other as best we can, convinced by personal experience, history and reason that God's way is the best way.

We know it's not easy visiting a church for the first time.  That's why we do our best to make you feel welcome.  Whether you are a Christian, or someone who is seeking answers, if you visit, we're pretty sure you'll be glad you did.

We have a casual atmosphere on Sunday mornings, but we are serious about God. We sing contemporary praise and worship music, and the morning messages are biblical expositions.  We're committed to proclaiming, learning and living God's word. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, I invite you to come grow with us.

We are an evangelical (Baptist), non-charismatic church.
